A centre for research and development
To support innovation by developing new meat products which give value to the name of Charolais beef and lamb. In order to achieve this, the association has at its disposal “une halle technologie*” at Charolles. It is working with its partners l’ADIV (Association pour le développement de l’Institut des viandes) et l’ARIA (l’Association Régionale des Industries Alimentaires). This mission is orientated towards small and medium enterprises within the food industry and meat producers who sell directly to the general public.
